Throwback Thursday: Triangles

NFL season is beginning and I am already boasting about the Denver Broncos! But did you know that the NFL began in my home state of Ohio? Actually the first game was played just a few miles from where I grew up. It was Oct. 3, 1920, in Dayton, Ohio. The Dayton Triangles beat the Columbus Panhandles 14-0 in the first ever game in the NFL. Check out this Throwback picture of the original Dayton Triangles.
